Privacy policy

What we store about you
- Telegram sign-in: your Telegram user ID, username and display name.
- Wallet sign-in: your wallet address (it is public on the blockchain anyway).
- Usage: which matches you opened and when, your credit balance and purchases.
- Payments: invoices (pack, network, token, amount) and the transaction hash of your transfer.
- Support: the messages you send to @crowdfan_bot.
- Technical logs: our servers may log IP addresses and request details for security and debugging; these logs are kept for a short time.
We don't ask for your email, phone number, card details or passwords, and the site has no advertising or analytics trackers.
Cookies and local storage
One cookie, cf_session, keeps you signed in. Your language and dashboard settings are saved in
your browser's local storage. Embedded Twitch and Kick players may set their own cookies.
Public Telegram messages
To show what the crowd thinks about a match, we collect messages from public betting Telegram channels and
chats. Messages from chats and comments are shown anonymised: no names, usernames, IDs or links to the
original — the author appears as a pseudonym like #a1b2, and mentions, links and phone numbers
in the text are masked. Posts from public channels are shown with the channel name. To process this text we
send it to an AI model provider (OpenRouter); your account data is never sent there. If you want your
messages excluded, write to us.
Who else sees data
- Telegram — when you sign in or write to the bot.
- Blockchains — payments are public by nature.
- Google Fonts — the site loads fonts from Google, so Google sees your IP address.
- Twitch and Kick — when a stream player is shown on the page.
We don't sell or share your data with anyone else.
How long we keep it
Account data is kept while your account exists. Database backups are made daily and kept for 30 days on our server; a copy is also sent to the operator's private Telegram chat.
Your rights
You can ask what we store about you, ask us to correct it, or delete your account — write to @crowdfan_bot. Deleting the account also deletes unused credits.
Age
crowdfan is for adults only (18+). We don't knowingly collect data from minors.
Changes
We may update this policy; the date at the top shows the latest version.
